    India’s largest provider of security, facility management and cash logistics services, SIS Ltd, has been ranked 31st amongst Best Companies to Work in India by the independent research and consulting firm, Great Place to Work® (GPTW). The recognition is a testimony of SIS Ltd’s unrelenting support towards its employees during the most uncertain and challenging times. 

    SIS provided their employees with customised training to adapt and provide services in the most vulnerable environment over the past 15 months. Serving over 19000 sites across 670 districts in the country, the frontline workers of SIS continued to tirelessly support critical infrastructure especially the over-burdened healthcare facilities in the country. With a workforce of 2.3 lakh employees, the company has been extending support to over 400 healthcare facilities with security, hygiene, and sanitization frontline staff. SIS has always set industry benchmarks in instituting welfare measures for its employees and their people first policy has been crucial for their market leadership. SIS customers have applauded their resolute services during the past year and underlying this is the strong sense of loyalty and determination among our employees.

    SIS completed inoculating more than 1,50,000 employees of its 2,30,000 workforce through Humare Heroes Vaccination Drive (HHVD) launched on 1st May 2021 within a record timeframe of 45 days. The company has also pledged over Rs 10 crores to a covid welfare fund to assist and provide employees with a safety net during the second wave of the pandemic as these essential workers continue to assist customers in locations including high-risk sites such as hospitals, path labs, quarantine centres, among other segments. Additionally, setting up SOS groups in 20 cities for ambulatory services and medical assistance, offering 24*7 employee helpline services, SIS has been making sure the employees have access to any medical & non-medical assistance during this time of crisis.
