In today’s time, society has a strong impact on the influence of people with the work they do. Raising awareness to protect and nurture nature, social worker Vinay Jangid Sharma is looking to solve various environmental issues growing day by day. He is a member of the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change which is an important ministry of the Government of India.

Hailing from the Suwasra village in Madhya Pradesh, Vinay Jangid Sharma is actively working as a BJP leader. Previously, the social worker was a member of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports. He also worked as the Yuva Morcha Ward President from 2009 to 2011. However, looking at the environmental issues across the country, he started working on initiatives by the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change.

The youth leader and social worker has been touring across villages of the Suwasra Assembly Constituency to understand the environmental problems. Vinay Jangid Sharma is not only solving the issues of people in the rural areas but is also fulfilling the expectations of the government by implementing different policies and programs that protect the ecosystem and natural resources like the forest habitat and the animals.

Moreover, Jangid is a volunteer of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) since his childhood; and he has worked diligently with Yuva Morcha and BJP. Being the national spokesperson of the BJP, he has successfully executed different responsibilities for uplifting societal problems. One of the important campaigns Vinay Jangid Sharma is proud to be associated with is the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan which has worked towards improving sanitation facilities and cleaning the streets, roads and infrastructure of the country.

Besides this, the Har Ghar Thela Ghar Ghar Thela campaign was another remarkable initiative by the social worker to ban the use of plastics. The campaign was highly appreciated with people joining from different parts of the country. The social worker following on Narenda Modi’s footsteps has made his vision to make India a plastic-free nation. Being an environment lover since childhood, Vinay Jangid Sharma believes in not harming nature as it will have unpleasant consequences in the future.

“We must nurture mother earth and keep it clean. What we give is what we will get in return. Therefore, I believe in keeping the environment green and clean”, he revealed. Currently, he is also working as a member of the Compensatory Afforestation Fund Management and Planning Authority (CAMPA) to raise awareness about environmental issues.
