  • Guests are invited to embark on a delicious culinary experience and discover the World’s finest assortment of Mozzarella Cheese at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi’s Italian restaurant, Sorrento from 22 April until 1 May 2022.

    The hotel’s Executive Chef, Gagandeep Singh Sawhney and his culinary team has put together a finest assortment of Mozzarella cheese along with classic preparations for guests to choose from.

    The Cheese Bar display includes Burrata, Fior Di Latte, Bocconcini, Scamorza and Treccia. Guests can pair their favourite cheese with cold cuts and lettuce to make their perfect salad. The cold cuts selection features Prosciutto Di Parma, Salami Milano, In-House Duck Prosciutto and more. The Lettuce Bar offers Hydroponic Romain, Baby Gem, Wild Arugula, Baby Spinach, Roman Artichoke, Roma Tomato, and more.

    The À la carte menu offers signature delicacies such as Treccia Pappa Al Pomodoro, Asparagus Risotto, Baked Eggplant Parmigiana, Warm Burrata Ravioli, Sous Vide Chicken Roulade, Mozzarella Cheesecake and more.

    The À la carte menu is available for dinner at the hotel’s Italian restaurant, Sorrento until 1 May 2022.
