Bengaluru:  Space Matrix, the international, sustainable architecture, and interior design firm has won the Best Office Interior Award in India awarded by Asia Pacific Property. The award has been conferred on Space Matrix for designing One Earth, Suzlon Energy’s (SEL) global headquarters in Pune.

Suzlon One Earth ranks among the largest green building projects in India and has received the highest LEED Platinum Rating in the world. The project is spread across 10 acres and facilitates over 3000 users’ everyday spatial and tactile experience. Space Matrix has designed and executed the interiors and integrated technology at One Earth. The project involved several architects, landscape designers, branding consultants, engineers and over 150 vendors.

Asia Pacific Property awards are part of the International Property Awards which were established seventeen years ago and cover residential as well as commercial categories. As the world’s most prestigious competition, its prime focus is to seek out the best real estate professionals across the globe. The award is supported by Bloomberg Television and Google.

Twenty one countries from the region participated for the Asia Pacific Property award this year. The winners from the Asia Pacific Property Awards will compete against other winning companies from regions like Europe, Africa, the Americas and Arabia to determine the supreme position in each category globally, at International Property Awards. The final winners of International Property Awards will be announced in London later this year.
