As we collectively had to showcase unwithered resilience, suppressed emotional distortions piled up and proved to be in need of mental support. This makes emotional health services imperative. As we slowly bid adieu to the stigma around mental health, such startups with increasing demand need the much-anticipated assistance to thrive. And we’re happy to witness this boost from the Government towards the mental health and emotional wellness of the citizens of India. Collaboratively, we can achieve both, sustained economic growth through startups and a country with easily accessible wellness tools.”

Our nation, hosting an immensely diverse population faces significant disparities in mental health care. Reaping the fruits of a new progressive India, stigma is no longer the limiting factor and online mental health platforms, with the right support from the government, can provide affordable care to those in need. YourDOST has held over 15 Lac sessions, helping people from different walks of life. With a little boost in the right direction, more startups will lead the emotional wellness movement in the country.
