New Delhi: In a tribute to the supreme sacrifice of soldiers martyred in the terrorist attack in Pulwama last month, Supertech Ltd, one of India’s leading real estate players, has allotted two apartments in in its prime townships of Golf Country, YEIDA, Uttar Pradesh and River Crest, Pant Nagar, Uttrakhand to the families of two of the martyrs.

Apart from the flats, the real estate major has also decided to bear all other charges including car parking, power backup, view plc, floor plc, lease rent, electric meter charges, IFMS charges and one time club membership charges will be borne by Supertech.

On the occasion, RK Arora, Chairman, Supertech Ltd said “The two soldiers, C. Pradeep Kumar of the 21 Battalion and C. Virendra Singh of the 45 Battalion gave up their lives for the country. We will always be grateful for their supreme sacrifice. This allotment is a small gesture in comparison to what they have given to the country and we are happy that we are able to this little for them. We are trying to do much more and as the Indian real estate market recovers, we will look at allotting a lot more houses. We salute these heroes and will forever be indebted to them. Our focus remains the delivery of affordable housing across the country, in line with the Prime Minister’s vision of housing for all by 2022.”
