Civil Aviation Minister Suresh Prabhu has directed civil aviation secretary Pradeep Singh Kharola to review issues concerning Jet Airways. In a tweet, Mr Prabhu said, he asked Mr Kharola to take necessary steps to minimise passenger inconvenience and ensure their safety.
