Visualized as one compartment in the grand old train that travels from Simplon to Venice, one cannot help but admire the vast amount of legwork that took place behind the scenes.

Complementing the perfumes, the menu is infused with the delicate fragrance of roses, jasmine, vanilla and raspberry. Among the delicacies are Madagascan vanilla scented white onion soup, olive and mushroom toast; Raspberry and rose petal sorbet; Duo of alphonso mango and chocolate mousse, jasmine tea sorbet to name a few.
