Mumbai : Taksheel Solutions Limited, IPO subscribed 1.18 times ,one day 
prior to the closing day. The company opened its maiden public issue with 55, 00,000 equity shares on 29th September, 11 and will be closing on 4th October,11, In consultation with the Book Running Lead Manager (BRLM) the issue is in the Price Band of Rs. 130 to Rs. 150 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10.
One day prior to the closing of IPO, the QIB is oversubscribed 0.24 times, HNI oversubscribed by 2.32 times and Retail quota is oversubscribed by 2.03 times, totaling it to overall subscription to 1.18 times.
