Tally Solutions, a pioneer in the software products industry was recognized as ‘Best Employer India 2020’ as part of Kincentric’s Best Employers global certification. It is the only software product company to have been recognized among 14 other organizations in India. Tally’s continuous efforts to build a conducive work environment for employees and ensure their wellbeing through innovative engagements has been acknowledged and recognised by the global HR consulting firm.
As part of the evaluation, Kincentric conducted a survey among employees of participating companies to analyse four key parameters including employee engagement, organizational agility, engaging leadership, and talent focus. The findings from Tally revealed that nearly all employees approved of the overall engagement which encouraged them to stay motivated at work, the strong leadership that communicated company’s vision and focused on creating an inspirational work environment.
