The Company has been declared as a “World Class Organisation” (top category award) amongst 11 other organisations around the world. This prestigious award was presented at the 20th APQO/International Conference on Quality in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 23rd November 2014.

Tata Housing is the only Indian real estate developer to win such a prestigious global award. Moreover, it is one of the most distinguished Global Business Excellence Awards in the world and can only be applied for by the winners of the National Business Excellence Awards from various countries.

Tata Housing was announced the winner basis a thorough scrutiny and judgment by the Malcolm Baldrige Business Excellence Assessors, USA, on Malcolm Baldrige framework. The framework includes assessment on Leadership Capabilities, Strategy Planning, Customer & Market Orientation, Measurement & Analysis, Capable Workforce and Process Management.

The awards selection criteria are: leadership, strategic planning, customer and market focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, human resource focus and process management.
