TeamLease-IIJT Bangalore Job Fair receives over 300 jobseekers

Bangalore : TeamLease Services, India’s largest staffing solutions company and Indian Institute of Job Training (IIJT), India’s fastest growing vocational skills training company received over 300 jobseekers at the Bangalore job fair held at the IIJT Jayanagar centre. The one day event saw the participation of jobseekers from different parts of the city. The job seekers were provided free assessment & career counseling sessions. The participating companies included were ING Vysya, Unisys, Karvy Consultants  and Avishkar IT services  among others.

According to Shajan Samuel, Divisional Head, IIJT –Education ‘The job fair is a  perfect platform for recruiters who are looking for the best talent and jobseekers who are looking for the best job. One can find jobs in multiple industries like IT, ITES/BPO, Finance, Banking/Insurance’. The event was planned with an objective to connect job aspirants with employers, provide skill assessment and career counseling. Every student who walks in to any IIJT centre goes through an aptitude test which reflects their core strengths and key skills. IIJT utilizes these results to counsel students and advise them on the course best suited for them.
