The fun of riding through the vast terrains the country holds, along with the majestic Himalayas or Western ghats is unmatched and who knows this better than 20-year-old K. Sasi Tarun aka Torqdairies who is a motorcycle enthusiast having conquered many territories riding on his bike alone. From South India to North India, he has travelled the distance between Kanyakumari to Kashmir, which is quite impressive. The driving force behind riding miles altogether is the fun, freedom and independence which is unexplainable. For him, riding a motorcycle goes beyond being an enjoyable experience as it holds much more than that.

“The rush of riding your bike downhill and the awesome feeling of cutting through the rain splashing on your face give enough reasons to take out the motorcycle whenever I can,” says the young rider who has competed in various competitive events like the Indian National Motorcycle Racing Championship and many more. At such a young age he has ridden his motorcycle across India, all alone, which is definitely a feat to achieve. He says that riding has always fascinated him since the time he remembers, as he was always looking for opportunities to be on the rider’s seat whenever he got a chance. He started off riding on racing tracks at the age of 17 and today is a professional rider at 20.

He has toured 19 States & 5 Union territories covering almost every corner of the country including the 10 highest passes of India including Changla Pass, Khardung La, Rohtang Pass, Bara Lacha La, Zoji La, Tanglang La, Lungalacha La, Pensi La, Fotu La, and the most dangerous pass in the world Sach Pass, including Ladakh on his KTM DUKE 250 motorcycle, which is quite a feat accomplished.
