Tejas Networks’ Packet Optical Product Wins Economic Times Innovative Telecom Equipment Award

Bangalore: Tejas Networks Ltd., a leader in next-generation optical networking products, announced that their Packet Optical Transport (POTP) product, TJ1600 has won the prestigious Economic Times (ET) Innovative Product Award 2011. The ET Telecom Awards seek to recognize performance and felicitate the innovators of the telecom industry. The Innovative Product award recognizes products that have resulted in increased customer base, increase in revenue or profitability and changed market dynamics in telecom. This award was given by Hon’ble Minister of State for Telecom & IT, Government of India, Mr. Sachin Pilot at a high-profile event in Mumbai.
