Mumbai: Popular Prakashan in association with Reliance TimeOut, the one-stop destination for books, music, movies and stationery enthusiasts, a specialty format of Reliance Retail, launched the book, ‘The Best of Epicure’s Exciting Vegetarian Cuisines’ by Asha Khatau, queen of Vegetarian Cuisines. The book was launched by the author herself at Reliance TimeOut, Korum mall outlet today which was followed by an interactive session and a LIVE demonstration of International vegetarian cuisines.

With the “Exciting Vegetarian Cuisines of the World”, Asha once again proves that International vegetarian cuisine is not only varied and delicious, but easy to make at home. The book has seven sections and over 250 recipes for soups, salads, starters, main dishes, accompaniments and desserts. Whether it is American, Continental, Mexican, Mediterranean, Italian or Pan Asian, there is a recipe to suit every taste and palate.
