  • The Peabody Companies Continues Expansion of Portfolio with Young House Inter-Church Council Elderly Housing in New Bedford

    The Peabody Companies, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, has continued to expand its portfolio of managed communities with the addition of Young House Inter-Church Council Elderly Housing.

    The community, located at 790 Brock Avenue in New Bedford, features 44 affordable apartment homes in a four-story restored red brick building. It is situated close to Hazelwood Park and walking distance to stores, churches and libraries. Public and private transportation is conveniently available.

    Young House is a designated affordable Section 8 rental assistance property for seniors age 62 or older and disabled individuals.
