The Peabody Companies’ Jacquelyn Cope and Pamela D’Amico Receive Excellence in Advocacy Award from VA Boston Healthcare System

BRAINTREE, MA: The Peabody Companies (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is proud to announce that Jacquelyn Cope and Pamela D’Amico were recently honored with the “Healthcare for Homeless Veterans Excellence in Advocacy Award” from the Veterans Administration Boston HealthCare System.

The advocacy award was presented “in recognition and appreciation for contribution to the goal of ending and preventing homelessness amongst veterans.”

Members of the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) team spoke highly of Cope and D’Amico during the award presentation, thanking them for their partnership.

Cope is a senior resident services manager and D’Amico is a multi-site property manager with The Peabody Companies. Nancy Gonzales, resident services coordinator with The Peabody Companies was also in attendance at the award ceremony.

“The entire Peabody Companies team congratulates Jacquie and Pam as recipients of this meaningful award and is beyond proud of the work they do on behalf of our veterans,” said Melissa Fish-Crane, principal and chief executive officer of The Peabody Companies.

Per designation by the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, The Peabody Companies created and manage four Veterans Supportive Housing properties: Bedford Green in Bedford, Massachusetts; Howard Apartments in Brockton, Massachusetts; Pleasant Street Apartments in Beverly, Massachusetts; and Valley Brook Village in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
