Braintree, Middleboro, MA: The Peabody Companies , a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce the promotion of Ercilia Furtado of Middleboro, Massachusetts, to director of portfolio operations.

In this role, Furtado provides leadership and guidance to her direct reports while actively developing and directing her assigned portfolio of investment properties to allow for exceptional operations standards and new business growth.

Furtado, who previously held the title of senior property manager, joined the Peabody Companies in October of 2011.

She is a graduate of Curry College with a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
