The two chefs compete for the title of ‘Culinary Champion of The Day’

The show is being appreciated by the audiences for its unique themes and insightful episodes. While the contestants battle out against each other in every episode, they also face the challenges set by the judges and the boss chiller. This week, the show takes it a notch higher with the unique theme of ‘sustainable cuisine’ in which the contestants will be seen preparing their dishes from the peels and the leaves of vegetables.

This week the perfectionist Chef Afsha Rajotwala will compete against the innovation-seeking Chef Sumair Singh. Chef Afsha is currently the director of Appletree International Pvt. Ltd comes with 8 years of experience in the culinary industry. ‘Food is something that keeps me happy and sane. It adds a different joy to my life. I am very observant and I crave perfection,” said Chef Afsha speaking about her love for cooking. The competition would be intense as Afsha would be seen competing against Chef Sumair who is the owner of an Ice-cream bar Sammys and holds an experience of 6 years in the industry. Speaking about his fondness for food, he said, “Food to me is everything. I love eating and I love cooking, I love everything about the hospitality industry. My food is usually a take on something that I have seen recently so, kind of innovative yet with familiar flavors and guidelines.”

This time the doze of entertainment would be double as even the judges are unable to decide the winner between the two Chefs and the need arouses for a tie-breaker. Who wins the final tie-breaking face-off? Do not miss the show.
