Guwahati : There are only a few months left in the 2021 election. The state’s opposition and ruling party is now preparing for elections in full stages. The political scenario in the state has changed every day. A program to join the BJP was held on Friday at Srimanta Sankardev Kalakshetra, Guwahati. The event was attended by the state Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal.
In the race for the election, the Chief Minister again listened to the foreign boycott on the face of Sarbananda Sonowal.Chief Minister Sonowal said in his address that the Mughal offensive under the leadership of the Congress Party has continued in Assam and the entire North East. Today, Local Indigenous people’s land rights in Assam have ended due to the Local Indigenous people of North East India crisis.

The Chief Minister also said that the number of BJP officials in the state will be increased from 42 lakh to 52 lakh. Meanwhile, 705 leader-activists of Bodo people have joined BJP today. More than 700 leaders and members of the United Bodo People Organization (UBPO), a frontal group for Bodos outside the Bodoland Territorial Region (BTR), joined the Indian public in Guwahati.
In the presence of Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal, North East Democratic Alliance (NEDA) convenor and Health, Finance and Education Minister Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma and state BJP chief Ranjit Kumar Das, the saffron party joined the saffron party at an event held at Kalakshetra . “A major and important success of our government was that the Bodo community showed confidence in a united Assam when signing the Bodo Accord,” Dr Sarma said.On the other hand, renowned folk singer of Assam, Kalpana Patowary joined the Asom Gana Parishad (AGP) on Friday in the presence of party president and Assam Agriculture Minister Atul Bora at a function at the party headquarters in Ambari, Guwahati. Senior BJP leaders including Assam Food and Civil Supplies Minister Phani Bhushan Chaudhary, Water Resources Minister Keshab Mahant and Kamla Kalitha also participated in the BJP-led coalition party in Assam.Patowari, popularly known as Bhojpuri Queen, has sung songs in 30 different languages.
After her induction, Patowary was appointed the party’s brand ambassador. AGP Executive Chairman Keshab Mahant announced that Petowary would serve as party ambassador.
