Mumbai-based road-assistance application AUTO i CARE, a leading player in providing 24/7 emergency roadside assistance is breaking the norms by attracting a gender-diverse workforce by hiring women. The roadside assistance major boasts of 80% women workforce who are at the helm of 3000 distress calls, 24×7 from across the country. This Women’s day AUTO i CARE is launching #borntodrive initiative to urge women to take up driving and to change the perception of women cannot drive. To help women riders, AUTO i CARE has pledged free roadside assistance like battery jumpstart, tyre puncture, towing, key lock etc from 1st March to 31st March across the country.

The app has 80% women workforce in the age group 20-30 years, who are the first point of contact for stranded travelers and they have shown expertise in diagnosing the problems faced by travelers across the highways. The nearest garage or mechanic is navigated by the app to reach the troubled vehicle at any given time of the day. AUTO i CARE has thus been at the forefront of women empowerment by identifying and tapping their skillset and the drive to handle the travelers efficiently.

Planned car servicing is the annual servicing for your car and Unplanned car servicing entails requesting roadside support anytime for a breakdown on highways for common issues like tire replacement, jump-start, low fuel, or vehicle unlock, as well as major repairs to the vehicles or to have it towed to a local garage or mechanic.
