Chenni: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K Palaniswamy met Governor Vidyasagar Rao at Raj Bhavan in Chennai this morning. He was accompanied by some of his cabinet colleagues during the meeting.

It comes a day after his victory in the trust vote in the Assembly that was marred by ruckus and eviction of opposition DMK MLAs. The DMK alleged that the party legislators were attacked by the police during g their eviction and complained to the Governor last evening.

It has announced that the party cadres would stage a fast from dawn to dusk against the trust vote in the Assembly and the eviction of MLAs in all district headquarters on 22nd of this month.
