Delhi: TO THE NEW, a digital technology company, has recently launched a holistic wellness program, Wellness 360, to promote a healthy workplace and support the well-being of its 2000+ employees (also referred to as Newers). This program is an initiative to develop a healthy balance between their Newers’ professional and personal lives.
The Wellness 360 Program is a structured, company-wide program that educates its Newers and helps them cultivate complete wellness. Employee well-being is often misunderstood as only their physical well-being. But the Wellness 360 program pivots on 4 major aspects of an employee’s life, i.e., their physical, mental, financial, and family wellness. Serving a concoction of awareness, fun, and wellness, the initiative allows Newers to break the monotony of work and focus on themselves. The company conducts 3-4 activities every month covering either or all of these topics. These activities include Yoga & Bollywood Zumba sessions, expert sessions on tax savings, meditation, dietitian sessions for food & nutrition advice, NPS, insurance, etc.
