Guwahati:130 Tripura Border Security Force (BSF) personnel in Tripura have been infected with the corona virus. The test report of the soldiers has been corona positive. All the soldiers belong to 138th unit. This unit was deployed in Ambassa.Two days ago, 88 new cases of infection of the soldiers were reported. A total of 135 personnel have been infected with the corona virus so far.

Those who have come in contact with 130 BSFF jawans of all types have been asked to stay in Quarantine. Tracing of the people in contact is being done and samples are being collected. Continuous efforts are being made to stop the spread of highly contagious virus. The health department is constantly making people aware of the infection.
