Mumbai : An MoU was signed between KG College of Arts and Science (KG CAS), Coimbatore and Ugam Solutions, a leading provider of marketing decision support solutions to global organizations. The MoU was signed by Sunil Mirani, CEO of Ugam Solutions and Ashok Bakhthavatsalam, Managing Director, KG Information Systems Private Limited and Managing Trustee of KG CAS.

Availability of skilled manpower with the necessary training in soft skills and other aspects that make any fresher employable has, for long, been recognized as a bottleneck in India. With the huge intellectual capital that India is famous for, mere qualifications are not enough in the cut-throat corporate world. Recognizing the importance of both general skills and qualifications and specific trainings that would make a fresher an asset to any organization, this MoU was inked to provide relevant training in marketing decision support systems and processes and employment opportunities for the students of KG CAS at Ugam’s operations in Coimbatore.
