  • US Canadian Clear Watek LLC Launches Next Generation Industrial Pumps in India

    Chennai : US Canadian Clear Watek LLC, Texas, USA, is launching its ‘next generation’ industrial pumps in India through Chennai based Canadian Crystalline Water India Ltd., in India.

    The next generation pumps launched by Canadian Clear are: Canadian clear Micro Centrifugal Pumps (fractional to 2.5 HP), Centrifugal Pumps (3 HP to 20 HP), Self-priming Jet Pumps (fractional to 1.5 HP), Pressure Booster Pumps (fractional to 2 HP), Horizontal Multistage Pumps (fractional to 3 HP), and Vertical Multistage Pumps (fractional to 20 HP).     Talking about the newly launched industrial pumps, Mr. Arie Lasky, Vice President, US Canadian Clear Watek LLC said that since the next generation pumps promise low maintenance and a 20% higher durability, their medium to long term cost is very low, and the initial cost too is competitive, when compared with the cost of conventional pumps. Canadian Clear is also making lucrative inaugural offers to OEMs & system integrators.

    He said that during the financial year 2011-12, the company is expected to have several thousand installations of the pumps across the country, especially at majority of industries, commercial & residential buildings, hospitals, academic institutions and municipal bodies.

    Finding their applications, primarily in various water treatment plants, the next generation pumps provide high output for the same amount of energy consumption. The pumps come in a wide range of capacities of up to 80,000 litres per hour. They can lift water up to 234 metres and can function in extreme medium temperatures.

    Canadian Clear pumps are manufactured using path breaking Stainless Steel stamping & welding technology and have characteristics of light, artistic, corrosion resistance, stainless, high efficiency and long life span. These pumps come with exchangeable components that are light in weight with aluminum alloy cold extruded motor case.

    The pumps are made of stainless steel material of grades 304, 316, 316L etc and the body, impeller, rear cover, seal ring of the pumps are examples of excellence in engineering. The components have qualities like strong corrosion resistance to oxidative acids such as nitric acid and have some corrosion resistance to alkaline solution and most of the organic and inorganic acids. The pumps conform to all major standards like DIN24255, GB5662, ISO2858 etc and the flanges conform to GB9199 standards.
