STOUGHTON and WHITMAN, MA : Noreen O’Toole, a veteran land use planner and resident of Whitman, MA, will serve the newly formed Platinum Partners, LLC in the role of Partner.

Platinum Partners, LLC is a land use permitting and consulting company serving all of southeastern Massachusetts.  The firm specializes in development, property management, planning, project management, and identification of specialists (including architects and engineers), and can assist developers throughout the entire process.  Combining the legal expertise of Crimmins with the planning experience of O’Toole positions the new firm uniquely, to advise both public sector clients as well as private companies on how to navigate through the permitting process to take a development project from concept to completion.

The firm was launched by O’Toole and business partner, Attorney Barry R. Crimmins of Stoughton, MA.

The services that Platinum Partners, LLC provides include project management, regulatory analysis, feasibility studies, and zoning and land use permitting for the private sector. For the public sector, they review and update zoning bylaws and land use regulations, municipal planning and consulting services, and regional planning and consulting services.

The idea for Platinum Partners, LLC stems from the separate but similar experiences of both Crimmins and O’Toole.  Crimmins specializes in land use planning and development and municipal permitting, among other areas, and is currently chair of the Stoughton Housing Authority.  He has assisted with navigating the permitting and zoning processes for many clients, most recently HarborOne Bank.

O’Toole comes to Platinum Partners, LLC after serving as Stoughton’s town planner for the last eight years, and as Hanson’s town plannerfor 24 years prior.  She has a master’s degree in public administration from Northeastern University, and started her career in planning working for the Boston Redevelopment Authority.  She currently serves on the Old Colony Planning Council, headquartered in Brockton and serving a number of Southeastern Massachusetts companies.

“We are eager to move forward with this new company, and excited for the launch of our new website,” said Crimmins.

“From my experience, I feel that this firm is extremely needed in towns and our knowledge will be valuable for the community” added O’Toole.  “We look forward to working with a variety of entities that struggle with town land-use permitting issues.”
