Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Etihad Airways, the national airline of the UAE, invites holiday makers, business travellers and returning UAE residents to travel to Dubai and the UAE’s Northern Emirates via Abu Dhabi International Airport. The authorities recently reopened Visa on Arrival for eligible passport holders, making Abu Dhabi an ideal gateway to the UAE’s seven emirates.

Travellers to Dubai and the Northern Emirates – Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain – should follow the quarantine procedures of the respective emirate. In Dubai, travellers only need to quarantine until receiving a negative COVID-19 test result, which is taken on arrival at Abu Dhabi International Airport and usually received the same day.

On arrival at Abu Dhabi Airport, passengers are only permitted to travel to another emirate by Etihad Chauffeur, Etihad Express Coach or Airport Taxi.
