Wave Inc., the erstwhile Chadha Group, today launched Wave City, Ghaziabad. This self sustainable integrated township is situated on NH 24, Ghaziabad, one of the most happening real estate destinations in Delhi NCR. One of the largest integrated city developments happening in the NCR region, Wave City is being developed in 4,500 acres.

With this development Wave Inc is set to achieve a new milestone in real estate industry. Equipped with all the modern infrastructure and lifestyle facilities, the first phase will involve developing 1,671 acres of the project. The first phase is envisaged to be completed in 30 months and each phase of development will be done in blocks of 30 months each. The entire city will span across an area of 4,500 acres and is envisaged to be completed in 60 months.

In the first phase, the company will develop 1,671 acres of land consisting of approx 7,500 plots which would house plotted development, row – housing, built-up floors, bunglows. In addition to this, the first phase will have approx. 1.7 crore sq. ft. of group housing schemes consisting of built-up flats starting from 900 sq. ft. area to 3,000 sq. ft. area.. The overall development in this phase will also have commercial complexes, hospitals, dispensary, schools and IT/ITeS spaces, industrial spaces (non-polluting) and dedicated green areas. The entire city will be environment friendly.
Some of the USP facilities to be provided at Wave City are proposed mechanised cleaning & sweeping, closed loop city Mass Rapid Transport system, approx. 2 acre park for a population of every 400 people and a lake spanning 3 acres (The Central city park for the first phase of the project will be of 51 acres.), and minimum 12 metre wide road network and in certain areas with 18 metre, 24 metre, 45 metre and 60 metres depending upon the built-up area and population concentration throughout – the widest road network within the city limits anywhere in India.
