  • New Delhi: In collaboration with the WEF (Women Economic Forum), the WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) India-Austria Bilateral Business Council will host India’s first ever Metaverseshow on 11th-12th June in IIC(India International Centre) Delhi. The theme of the show will be Cohesive and Sustainable World in the Digital Era. House of Kriffin, Papa Don’t Preach by Shubhika, BBT (Big Boys Toyz), New Delhi’s Hotel Leela Palace, Forest Essentials, and Jamia Millia Islamia University’s Mf Hussein Gallery are among the event’s Key sponsors.

    The Two day event will include a series of seminars and panel discussion that suggest and present ‘solutions’ to the world’s current concerns, rather than merely a general gathering and get-together. Concerns about the environment and carbon reduction might give governments with a new income stream worth more than Euro 250-300 billion per year. Prominent Brands will host an event that includes a Humanoid launch, an award ceremony, a fashion show, a vehicle launch, and an art exhibition.

    There will be Rounds of Panel Discussion held on a variety of themes.

    • Digitalization of culture: IPR protection of rural Handicrafts to branded products on blockchain.
    • New Era of digital exodus to Metaverse.
    • Introduction of refundable carbon tax in compliance with COP26 & Paris agreement 2015 in India.
    • Green Economy of the Industries.

    Eminent people from various fields will participate in these panel discussions and will share their perspectives.

    House of Krifin will be revealing its digital humanoid during the event, which will be the show’s centerpiece. In the digital realm, often known as the Metaverse, this digital humanoid will be HoK’s influencer. It will have its own identity and will accept tasks as a social media influencer.Samridhi Shoor, Director and CEO of the House of Krifin said “The Metaverse provides an opportunity for a new form of digital interaction which would further the current development in social media.     Shubhika Sharma from Papa don’t Preach, a Bollywood celebrity designer and India’s first Metaverse Fashion Designer, will be displaying their garments and accessories on this Metaverse Platform, making them the first ever fashion apparel brand to do so.Shubhika Sharma, CEO & Founder of Papa Don’t Preach said “We are very excited for Papa Don’t Preach to be the first Indian fashion label to showcase their collection at the Metaverse fashion show organised by the Women’s Economic Forum. Having worked with House of Krifin for over 6 months, we are so happy to finally showcase the digital avatars of our garments, shoes, and accessories. We’re also creating a brand new universe. It’s going to be a Papa Don’t Preach world with about seven of our pieces that will walk the ramp. These outfits, along with our accessories, will be available as NFTs post-show.
