More than 300 corporate executives have already registered their participation from organizations such as TCS, Qualcom, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Wipro, IBM, HSBC, Delitte etc and many. We urge more corporate women to come forward and participate in the event. We will reach 400 by the end of the month, informed Ravi of Sikhara Events, who is organizing the event. “Keep fit’ is the new manthra for many corporate executives. Awareness about fitness is more now than ever before. Keeping in view of this trend we are organizing the Badminton League for corporate, he informed.
Badminton in India holds a vital position as one of the fast emerging popular sport and Padma Shri Pullela Gopichand being one of the celebrated stars of the game, brings forth this initiative under the aegis of his Academy at Hyderabad that has been the breeding ground of various international badminton turnouts.
