  • World BPO Foundation joins hands with Medanta to address the health concerns of BPO employees

    Delhi: World BPO Foundation, which works for the larger benefit of the BPO employees, is joining hands with Medanta to organize a special BPO health support program. The program has been organised to answer the health concerns of all the BPO employees across north India. The health camps will start in the first week of July 2014.

    World BPO Foundation, after the overwhelming response of recently organised BPO nights for entertaining BPO employees, has moved towards health sector with this initiative of Health check-ups with Medanta. It’s a step taken for the good health of BPO employees and to check the adverse effects of their intricate work life on their  health.

    Deepak Kapoor, Founder, World BPO Foundation shared “World BPO Foundation realize the critical job BPO employees perform for businesses across the world. Acknowledging the same, it is the time to show them support for a single day of every year as they support our day to day lives through each minute of the entire 365 days.”

    This initiative of Health Check-up program by World BPO foundation and Medanta would  address the specific health concerns plaguing BPO/ IT employees – like stress, hypertension, ENT ailments, consumption of tobacco and alcohol, etc. and its adverse effects.The program will also include awareness sessions with Medanta experts followed by a free consultation. Efforts are on to bring special pricing at Medanta, for those who may need further treatment.

    This initiative will help all BPO employees to keep a check on their health, the health check-up program will offer:

    2.    Consultations with Medanta’s renowned doctors from varied specialties

    3.    Preventive health check and multidisciplinary specialty clinics targeting the triggers of major medical ailments

    4.   Specialized diagnostic services including blood tests and radiology investigations.

    World BPO Foundation plans to organize many more programs which will not only concern entertainment and health issues, but all other essential aspects of BPO employees encircling their personal and work life.
