    Xerox Solidifies Engagement with Channel and Customer

    Vijayawada:  Xerox India, a part of Xerox Corporation, world’s leading enterprise for business process and document management services, rolled out a roadshow in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh and showcases its leadership in technology to its vast channel and customer community in the state. Targeted at the growing channel segment and customers from Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and PSU sectors, the engagement activity spanning over two days received an overwhelming response, with over 120 customers attending the event.

    Xerox at the ‘Real Business Live’ forum focused on understanding what customers need to optimize cost and productivity as well as ongoing management of the assets, so the company can accordingly provide the best solutions as per customers’ requirement.

    At the event, Xerox India showcased its strong portfolio of office products and digital color presses. The main focus of the real business life programme was in the area of color offering. As per the Xerox Color Survey, printing in color can improve retention, productivity and generate significant financial returns.

    The 550 and 770 digital color presses were the main highlights of the road show. In addition to this, Xerox showcased the WorkCentre 7525, 5325 and 5016 equipments.

    Commenting on this initiative, Mr. Venkat Rao, Regional Business Head- South, Xerox India said “The success of this road show is a testimony of our strong legacy and competitive advantage in the market and also a reiteration of the significant value add, customers observe in our offerings. Southern India is one of the key markets for our office portfolio and digital presses. The programme provided us an excellent platform to engage with our channel partners and customers. We were pleased to know that in addition to Vijayawada, this programme attracted customers from other districts as well.”

    Mr. Rao added, “We will continue to engage with our customers and partners in the area to understand their requirement to therefore be in position to offer innovative and customised solutions with best in class service support. Training and development of our partners is also a high focus area for us”.
