    Hyderabad : YFLO to organize a power packed session “The Powerful & Influential-How to Dream Big and Build a Successful Legacy” here in the city on Friday, 13th July at Hyatt Place.

    Disclosing this in a press note issued in the city today Vinita Surana, Chairperson of YFLO  informed about four achievers who will address the 200 plus YFLO gathering in the city.

    They include:  Ritesh Mastipuram, Founder of O2 Spa, the Asia’s largest spa chain of 100 Spas; Lavanya Nalli, Vice Chairperson  of Nalli Group, the $100M retail chain and is part of “Forbes Asia’s Women to Watch” list;  Jai Dhar Gupta, Founder of Nirvana Being developed a portfolio of credible , sustainable, stylish, reusable and affordable environmental products such as pollution masks and other that can help protect our families; Junior Anand Gupta, Founder of Makewomensafe.org which was in the forefront for getting justice to Nirbhaya will talk about their journey, their failures, their successes and their learnings.

    Pinky Reddy, National FICCI FLO President, will also grace the event.

    I am happy to kick start first event of the year with a bang with four youth icons.  These four achievers are handpicked for their incredible journeys and achievements.  I am sure they will ignite a spark and inspire our YFLO members with their work and achievements.

    Very few women know a silent hero is fighting for their rights. Disturbed by Nirbhaya’s incident, Anand Gupta, known as ‘Junior,’ returned to India to work for the women’s rights.  Anand Gupta  says that “Our rape conviction rate has fallen by half in the last 20 years, it is only about 20 percent now.”

    He attempted to make a Guinness World Record to write the ‘The World’s Longest Letter Against Rape.’ He worked on creating awareness on sexual assault evidence collection kit. Junior launched a movement on social media seeking support for Nirbhaya’s parents in their quest for justice for their daughter.  He event to jail to help Nirbhaya’s parents. His most significant project is to make sure rape victims in India have access to better forensics.

    Known as the man fighting Delhi’s increasingly toxic air with style, Jai Dhar Gupta, has been single-handedly revolutionizing Delhi’s fight against air pollution. The 45-year-old environmental entrepreneur introduced need of the hour pollution masks, Vogmask.   ‘I have been a sort of whistleblower,’ he says. We inhale about 12,000 liters of toxic air in a day in Delhi, he adds.   He is a social entrepreneur with a difference. The products he introduced are futuristic. Jai is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business. He is on the South Asia Board for the Entrepreneurs Organisation(EO).

    Ritesh Mastipuram is the founder of Hyderabad-based spa chain O2.  It is the only organized day spa chain in India. He also founded O2 Skills the largest organized skills training centers in India and Global Edge Schools currently operating three campuses in Hyderabad.  O2 Spa serves 1500 guests a day across 100 centers spread across India and UAE. It has more than 1000 professionally trained therapists.  It is No. 1 Spa in Dubai and India.

    The chain is associated with many airports and star hotels in India. It serves guests at many locations such as Delhi Indira Gandhi Intl Airport, Chhatrapati Shivaji Intl Airport, Mumbai; Rajeev Gandhi Intl Airport, Hyderabad; Novotel, Marriott, Radisson, Park Plaza, Ramoji Film City and many others.  Founded in 2008, it has achieved so much of a success in just one decade is a great inspiration to many.

    Lavanya Nalli, a fifth-generation scion of the Nalli Group is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Soon the graduation she interned with McKinsey & Company is an American worldwide management consulting firm in USA and Myntra.com in India.

    She is currently the proud Vice Chairperson of a $100M privately held family-run textile and retail chain for women’s ethnic apparel in India with nationwide presence and trading offices overseas. Nallis is an icon of South India is synonymous with silk and Kanchipuram sarees

    Mother of two years old son, this Bangalore based amazing entrepreneur joined the 90 plus years old family business.  Under her leadership, Nallis doubled its revenues and expanded from 14 to 21 stores, and revenues grew from $ 44 million to $ 100 million.  She is profiled in the media as a recognized expert on retail in India.
