Yuva Talk Soch- Ek Nayi Soch kicks off today

Bhopal: Entrepreneurship is a multi-dimensional concept which signifies creative abilities, dynamism and will to succeed, said   Kailash Vijayvergiya, Hon. Minister, Commerce Industries & Employment, while speaking at a Yuva Talk Show on topic “ Entreprenuership@Madhya Pradesh: Are the youths ready to capture it “ .

The Yuva Talk Show was organized by Swami Vivekanand College of Science & Technology in association with PR Solution- Branding with a Difference at SVCST Campus here today.

The minister said in a state like Madhya Pradesh entrepreneurs play an important role. “Small scale industries and micro enterprises are considered to be backbone of the economy in terms of employment creation,” he stated.

Dr. Gaurav Raj Bhagat, Moderator, Yuva Talk Show said Globalisation and changing scenario is forcing young professionals to work in extremely stressful conditions and this has disturbed their social and family adjustments. Unfortunately youths are becoming very individualistic, selfish and money minded due to this stress. To counter this the young professionals should develop the spirit of entrepreneurship and instead of job seekers they should become job providers.

He stressed upon the entrepreneurial education awareness in universities and the need to develop entrepreneurship among students.

S Vijay Kumar, Group Head, PR Solution said  Yuva Talk Show is a very innovative concept and was a timely effort in motivating prospective entrepreneurs. This event is one of its kind in Central India.

Mr. Dilip Suryavanshi, CMD, Dilip Buildcon Ltd  said entrepreneurs are  growth engines of the economy and should be treated on priority by the policy makers to overcome obstacles in furthering the economic growth.

He further said Madhya Pradesh had recognized the importance of entrepreneurs in the development of the country.

Mr. Hemant Soni, CMD, AG8 ventures Ltd, Terming it as creativity and innovativeness, he stressed the need for positive attitude and high self-esteem.  According to him, the formula of success was to have a clear goal with a determination to accomplish it and also having a power to take a risk.

He stressed on the need and relevance of well-planned entrepreneurship and balanced economic growth in the modern age.

Dr.Ranjan Kumar, AGM, CRISP discussed various issues being faced by the students relating to their career. He gave tips to the youth to fight mental stress. He said they should encourage innovation, harness knowledge, communication skills, performance and work together by sharing the knowledge.

He said “There is no substitute for hard work. The young professional should compete with the situation rather than with each other. They should identify the competency of each other and must keep in mind that one is always a learner and have positive thinking and approach. One should not have fixed ideas”.

He said earlier the success mantra was “slow and steady that wins the race” but now it is “fast and consistent wins the race.”

Yuva Talk Show was divided into 8 phases and focused on various issues relating to entrepreneurship and self-employment opportunities.Five outstanding students from each college were invited to attend this innovative talk show.
