For Example:-ARISCHOCRACY; a small, privileged class whose world revolves around chocolate. [Eg: although she wasn’t born into arischocracy, placing a hand-crafted Fantasie bon bon under her tongue made her inexplicably feel like she was.]

ECLAIRIFICATION;the act of making a statement or situation less confusing.[Eg: world politics confused the hell out of Katrina,but where chocolates were concerned, Fantasie needed no further eclarification.]

The Fantasie Chocolate Dictionary was launched over a “Chocolate & Wine” theme afternoon hosted at Vinoteca, the wine bar at Worli, Mumbai on 16th October 2013. Chocolate lovers Fahad Samar, Waluscha Robinson, Anil Dharker, Ash Chandler, Prahlad Kakkar, Aarti Surendranath, Raageshwari and Anindita De read out some of the descriptions from the Fantasie Chocolate Dictionary, adding a sweet dose of witty repartee and humour to the afternoon.

A lavish display of the luxurious, decadent flavours of the season were laid out in a stunning presentation of chocolate : From Stuffed Dates, Water Ganaches to Strawberry Flavoured Dark Chocolate & Soft Centered Pralines to “No Added Sugar” Chocolates, these flavours were tasted and savoured, with lots of lipsmacking and childlike relish!  There were also varieties for those who like their chocolate with a bite of another taste: Almonds, Mocha Mousse, Hazelnuts, Dark Peanut Chocolate and the Indian Gooseberry (or good old “amla”).

For all the health freaks, the collection included exotic Organic chocolates including Organic Milk Black Sesame Wafer, Dark Peppermint Flakes, The Dark Organic Fitness Log, Crunchy Ginger Organic Dark wafer to name a few.

“A long long time before. Before the ipad & android……. Many many  glorious years before. My grandfather, Ahmed Fazelbhoy, dreamt of making original hand crafted, artisanal chocolates in India. And then just like that, Fanatsie Fine Chocolates came to known as the most famous Indian designer chocolate . This Dictionary is my tribute to Chocolate and the moments of pleasure it brings us!!  ”  said Zeba Kohli.

As the afternoon proceeded to a light lunch with healthy doses of Sangria, the special menu at Vinoteca included : Quinoa Salad, Ensalada de Quesa de Cabra, Penne al Ahorto,    Spaghetti Lamb Ragu and more..

Guests seen enjoying the scrumptious chocolates and enjoying a moment of laughter with the dictionary were Samantha Nayyar, Alvira Khan, Bina Aziz, Pankaj & Farida Udhas, Deepika Gehani, SimoneArora, Sharmilla & Shaan Khanna, Bhagyashri, Sheeba, Tina Tahiliani, Marie Lou Phillip, Dilshad Khambata, Vidya Malvade, Tejaswini Kolhapure, Simone & Fahad Samar, Vinod Advani,, Milind Somna, Sangita Sinh Kathiwada, Reshma Merchant, Ceylan Ozen, Elsie Nanji,  Cecilia Oldne, Global Brand Ambassador, Sula Wines played the most gracious host with Zeba Kohli
