Conducted in congruence with the 14th Annual Chief Learning Officers Summit, India in Mumbai, the esteemed CLO awards recognized Mr. Dheeraj Jaggi, Head – Enterprise Culture and Capability Development (ECC) & Head HR- Content SBU as the “Best Chief Learning Officer of the year”. The company has further been awarded with a ‘Gold’ in the Digital Transformation award category, and a ‘Silver’ in the Best Induction Award category.

At the 11th edition of this reputed award ceremony, Mr. Dheeraj Jaggi has been recognized as the “Best CLO of the year”, for his consistent efforts in leading knowledge-driven transformation at ZEE Entertainment. Staying true to its motto – ‘Unlearn, Learn, Relearn’, the unique platform aims to democratize learning for all by effectively disseminating knowledge and developing skills across the entire organization. For this disruptive approach, ZEE’s Digicademy has been recognized with a ‘Gold’ under the Digital Transformation award category. The AI-backed platform is powered by the World’s Largest Content Aggregator – Go1, offering a personalized experience to employees, basis their role and function in the organization. In a bid to ensure widespread and effective adoption, the ECCteam opted for a quirky, new-age approach by driving topical monthly internal learning campaigns, garnering positive employee feedback, and ensuring progressive work environment. On back of these campaigns, Digicademy garnered a phenomenal response from both internal and external stakeholders, successfully onboarding 98% of employees and consistently breaking global and AMEA records across KPIs such as Monthly Active Users, Repeat Monthly Active Users, Social Expression etc.
Furthermore, the company revamped its induction process by digitizing the employee induction experience, significantly reducing the process duration from 48 man hours to 5 man hours. The one-of-its-kind digital induction program has been recognized with a ‘Silver’ in Best Induction Award category, for its exceptional use of story-based approach and gamification elements.
