Guwahati : To conduct an impartial, thorough and comprehensive enquiry into the alleged irregularities of appointment into permanent posts in Panchayat and Rural Development Department (P&RD), the one man committee formed by the Assam government has invited all individuals and organizations to submit information and 
complaints regarding alleged irregularities.The information and complaints can be submitted before the committee within 25th March, 2019. Also the individuals and organizations can submit the information and complaints by post or email. Meanwhile RTI activist Dulal Bora has lodged an FIR at Dispur Police Station against P&RD Minister Naba Kumar Doley accusing the irregularities in the recruitment process of the Panchayat and Rural Development (P&RD) Department.Earlier, the CID had submitted the investigation report on the anomalies in the recruitment examination held in May 2018 for vacant positions in the P&RD Department. The CID stated numerous irregularities in eighteen examination centres across nine districts.
