The GoFlo Run is a popular event celebrating women’s health and empowerment founded by actress and fitness advocate Neha Dhupia along with entrepreneur Anita Lobo.
This marathon focuses on empowering women to take charge of their well-being. It also aims to raise awareness about menstrual health and challenge the taboos that surround it. Neha Dhupia, who has been organizing the event for years, believes it serves as an important platform to bring women together, inspire them to lead a healthier life, and encourage open conversations about health issues. Over the years, personalities like Soha Ali Khan, Natasa Stankovic, and fitness expert Yasmin Karachiwala have joined this run, further amplifying the event’s message and helping to create a supportive community for women’s health.
