“Today, on 22/11/2025, the certificate distribution ceremony for the first batch of the Skill Development Program run by Smt. Kailash Kumari Sharma Charitable Trust was held at Fairmont Hotel, Kukas, Jaipur. The Trust, in collaboration with the Tourism and Hospitality Skill Council and Job Plus, successfully trained 30 underprivileged children from the Northeastern states in hotel-industry–related skills. After completing their training, all participants secured placements in prestigious hotels
— Fairmont Jaipur, Raffles Jaipur, and Raffles Udaipur. From training to placement, the entire program was free of cost for the participants.
On this occasion, the Trust’s trustee, Mrs. Jui Sharma, shared that 45% of the participants come from rural areas where proper educational and employment opportunities are limited. More than 25% of the participants are women, most of whom are the primary earners for their families. The Trust aims to run more such initiatives in the future so that talented youth from Jaipur and Rajasthan can also benefit from them.”
