Chennai : Hilton Chennai transformed into a sanctuary of wellbeing as the Wellness Gyan Summit 2025 brought together around 500 people seeking clarity, balance, and better health. Hosted by Success Gyan, India’s largest ecosystem for personal growth, the summit offered participants a day to pause, reconnect, and rediscover what it truly means to live well.
The spirit of the event was simple yet profound: wellness is not a luxury, nor is it a one-time activity. It’s a way of living that blends science with mindful habits, ancient wisdom with modern breakthroughs. And this was exactly what the participants experienced.
The summit featured three renowned experts: Dr. Renita Rajan, one of India’s leading dermatologists and Founder of CHOSEN; Dr. Pal Manickam, popularly known as GutMan, a U.S.-trained gastroenterologist and digital health educator; and Raj Ganpath, fitness mentor, author, and founder of The Quad and the Slow Burn Method.
Dr. Renita, with over 17 years of experience, brought clarity to topics often clouded by trends and misinformation. She explained how understanding your skin and hair, down to the nutrients they need, can transform the way you care for your body. Her insightful session on antiaging and the 4 pillars of youthfulness encouraged many. She encouraged attendees to shift from reactive routines to long-term, evidence-based practices that actually support their health. Her session gave many a new perspective on skincare as a vital part of overall wellbeing.
Dr. Pal Manickam blended humor, science, and heartfelt storytelling. He showed the audience how gut health influences everything, from mood and immunity to sleep and energy, and why lifestyle changes matter far more than shortcuts. He introduced his signature NewMe Method, showing how small, consistent lifestyle shifts create measurable changes in gut healing, hormonal balance, and overall metabolic resilience. His approachable style made even complex medical concepts feel simple and applicable. Many attendees shared that they understood their bodies better after listening to him.
Raj Ganpath brought a practical and refreshing take on fitness, reminding the audience that movement is not about perfection, but sustainability. He spoke about the importance of action and accumulation, which can lead to amplification. He also gave tips on strength, mindful eating and building routines that fit real lives. His session gave participants confidence that wellness can be simple, consistent, and deeply effective.
As the day unfolded, the Wellness Gyan Summit created a safe and energizing space for participants to reflect on their lives. They experienced mindfulness sessions, movement practices, Q & A’s and thought-provoking conversations that blended scientific insights with traditional wisdom. Many attendees shared that the event helped them feel lighter, clearer, and more connected to themselves after months of stress and routine.
At the event, Success Gyan Founder Surendran J spoke about the core philosophy that has shaped his journey — the 4 H’s. He highlighted the importance of being HAPPY, to stay connected to the joy of the journey; staying HUNGRY, to keep growing; remaining HUMBLE, to stay grounded in purpose; and choosing to HELP others, because contribution gives success its deepest meaning.
This year, he announced the addition of a 5th H — HEALTH — emphasising that true growth and long-term impact are only possible when one prioritises physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
What made the summit special was its inclusivity. It welcomed working professionals dealing with long hours, women balancing multiple roles, fitness enthusiasts, business owners, health coaches, and anyone who simply wanted to feel better. The message was universal: small shifts in habits can lead to significant improvements in quality of life.
For Success Gyan, the Wellness Gyan Summit continues its mission to help people across India build healthier, happier, and more intentional lives. Following the success of the Chennai edition, the summit will continue its journey to more cities, empowering communities to adopt wellness in a meaningful and sustainable manner.
