Bengaluru : HungerBox, India’s leading institutional foodtech platform, continued its growth momentum in FY25 with a 33% year-on-year (YoY) rise in gross transaction value (GTV) to ₹885.9 crore, up from ₹663.3 crore in FY24. The company also registered 47% YoY growth in EBITDA, reaching ₹9.2 crore in FY25, driven by higher transaction volumes and operational efficiency.
Revenue for the year stood at ₹82 crore, reflecting a 26% YoY increase, while total order volume grew to 14 crore, up 27% YoY. HungerBox expanded its footprint to 831 live cafeterias in FY25, up from 729 in FY24, reinforcing its leadership in enterprise and institutional food services.
Having built its foundation across corporate offices and tech parks, HungerBox has expanded into universities and hospitals, addressing new institutional consumption ecosystems. The company has now rapidly scaled to over 900 cafés across 39 cities, serving more than 270 enterprise and institutional clients across workplaces, campuses and healthcare facilities.
Aligned with India’s Atmanirbhar Bharat vision, HungerBox’s home-grown technology platform continues to digitise cafeteria operations and enhance supply-chain efficiency for institutional food operators nationwide.
With sustained growth, expanding sector coverage, and disciplined financial management, HungerBox is on track to cross ₹1,200 crore in GTV in FY26. The company has also strengthened its operational foundation as it prepares for potential capital-market participation in the next 12–18 months.
