The centre has emerged as a strong regional hub for BFSI and analytics education, driven by its flagship.
Since beginning operations in March 2019, the Coimbatore centre has delivered training through a dedicated campus featuring modern classrooms, supported by experienced industry practitioners serving as faculty. Over the years, the centre has successfully completed 25 offline batches of CIBOP, 20 batches in Data Analytics, and five batches of PGBAF, building a strong educational foundation while steadily improving placement outcomes to match evolving corporate demand.

Average salary packages for freshers stand at ₹4-5 LPA in Investment Banking and ₹5-6 LPA in the Data Analytics programs, supporting strong entry-level career transitions into the BFSI, Investment Banking, and IT-enabled services sectors. Key placement highlights include 69 CIBOP students placed with SSB at packages ranging from ₹4–6 LPA, and 32 students recruited by Societe Generale with average salaries of ₹4.25 LPA.

The centre’s expansion aligns closely with Coimbatore’s emergence as a preferred destination for Global Capability Centers (GCCs), driven by the city’s deep engineering talent pool, cost-efficient operations, and rapidly expanding IT infrastructure. Industry reports indicate that Coimbatore recorded over ₹15,105 crore in IT exports in FY25, the highest among Tier-2 cities in Tamil Nadu, while new GCC setups have grown at a 21% CAGR over the past five years, outpacing growth in several established metro hubs. The presence of multinational organizations such as State Street, Accenture, Amazon, Bosch, Cognizant, and Hexaware continues to fuel demand for skilled BFSI and analytics professionals.
Nikhil Barshikar, CEO & Founder, Imarticus Learning added, “Coimbatore, with its thriving talent pool and rapidly growing GCC and BFSI ecosystem, has become a key focus for us. With the expansion of our centre, we are committed to empowering more students from Tamil Nadu with industry-relevant skills and placement opportunities that help them build successful careers. Our goal is to provide a learning experience that not only meets the evolving demands of the corporate world but also unlocks the full potential of students across the state.”
Reinforcing its commitment to the region, Imarticus Learning recently expanded into a larger, modern workspace in R.S. Puram, one of Coimbatore’s most prominent commercial districts, further enhancing its training capacity and student experience. The new facility was inaugurated by Dr. C. A.
