Bank of Maharashtra conducted SME Meet in Association with SMERA Ratings Limited at Baramati in Pune District for MSME entrepreneurs on External Credit Rating.
Shri. R.K. Gupta, Executive Director, Bank of Maharashtra inaugurated the Programme and stressed on the importance of Credit Rating by external agencies particularly for MSME Borrowers. He informed that it not only helps in knowing the strengths and weakness of the firms but also gives directions for proper growth. D&B certification not only gives credibility to the firm but also increases business opportunities. He also shared information with the entrepreneurs attending the meet that Bank considers rating by External Agencies as a must for deciding their Rate of Interest for advances above Rs.5 Crs.
He also assured for overall support from Bank of Maharashtra to MSME Finance.
