Hyderabad: Bluecopa, an AI-native finance operations automation platform, today announced that it has raised US$7.5 million in Series A funding. The round was led by Singapore-based Analog Partners, with continued participation from existing investors Blume Ventures and Dallas Venture Capital. This brings the total funds, including participation from leading founders and finance leaders, to US$11.6 million.
Bluecopa has had a record 2025, with more than 5X growth in revenue and 3X customer base. Following a record 2025, the Series A funding round marks a key milestone in Bluecopa’s vision to redefine enterprise finance operations. The funds will be used to accelerate product innovation in autonomous finance operations and deepen the company’s presence across APAC, North America, and the Middle East.
“This funding accelerates our vision of autonomous finance, where routine processes run themselves and finance teams focus on strategic decisions,” said Satya Prakash, Co-Founder & CEO, Bluecopa. “We’re building specialized foundation models so every finance leader has an AI-native platform that doesn’t just automate tasks but fundamentally reimagines how financial operations should work.”
Massive, underserved market ripe for disruption: AI is exposing the limits of legacy finance systems built for batches, silos, and manual controls. Real-time, autonomous finance demands an AI-native architecture—not incremental upgrades. Analysts estimate the global autonomous finance market will grow to roughly US$27–57 billion by 2030, compounding at around 16–18 percent annually, reflecting a transition visible across large enterprises as CFOs increasingly prioritise finance systems that can scale with rising transaction volumes and support real-time reporting.
“Globally, the CFO tech stack is undergoing a massive transformation, and Bluecopa is uniquely placed to disrupt this space with its AI-powered platform approach,” said Ashish Shastry, Founder & Partner, Analog Partners. “The team has demonstrated strong execution, deep product thinking, and the ability to solve complex enterprise problems.”
Bluecopa is Purpose-built for Finance: Bluecopa is shaping the era of AI-native autonomous finance, enabling CFOs and finance teams to run end-to-end financial processes across continuous close, business reporting, receivables, and payables. Its AI-native, cloud-agnostic platform combines automation, analytics, and governance to replace manual, error-prone workflows with autonomous finance operations, improving speed, accuracy, and decision-making at scale.
The platform offers its proprietary AI, Samyx AI, which autonomously runs financial processes with exceptional accuracy and scale. Unlike legacy platforms that bolt AI onto existing systems, Bluecopa builds the entire AI-ready data backbone with governance, lineage, and controls, ensuring finance teams automate on a foundation of clean, trusted, and fully governed data.
“Finance teams today are drowning in fragmented systems and month-end fire drills,” said Raghavendra Reddy, Co-Founder & COO, Bluecopa. “By automating 90% of reconciliations and enabling continuous close, Bluecopa delivers a unified, AI-native operations layer that orchestrates data, embeds controls, and lets enterprises run continuous, audit-ready operations across payables, receivables, and close at scale.”
Demonstrated ROI with Marquee Enterprise Customers: Bluecopa serves leading publicly listed and private enterprise customers across various industries. Bluecopa’s customer roster includes the likes of a Fortune 50 global retailer, several of Asia’s largest digital native companies across eCommerce, retail, logistics, travel, BFSI, and other transaction-intensive industries. The platform has helped customers with up to a 70% reduction in close cycles, a 50% improvement in process efficiency, and a 90% reduction of errors.
“Autonomous finance is emerging as a core pillar of the modern CFO stack, and Bluecopa is at the forefront of this shift with a purpose-built, AI-first platform for transaction-intensive enterprises,” said Sanjay Nath, Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Blume Ventures. “The team has consistently shown the ability to ship fast, win demanding customers, and deliver tangible outcomes.”
