Chef Chauhan’s childhood love for mangoes shines through in every dish, making this menu a true homage to his all-time favorite fruit.
“Mango Mania” is a refreshing blend of summer flavors, featuring a variety of appetizers, salads, mains, and desserts. Each dish has been carefully curated to showcase the mango in both traditional and contemporary culinary styles, transforming the humble fruit into gourmet masterpieces. For whiskey lovers, there is Mango Highball which combines whiskey, mint, mango chunks, and mango shrub for a sweet treat, while the Mango Basil Smash offers a sweet and sour delight with gin, basil, lime, and mango shrubs.
