Thiruvananthapuram : The Industry body of technology companies in Kerala, GTech has launched Mu Learn 2.0, an Industry enabled digital platform for peer learning to nurture the students with necessary expertise in the IT industry from their college days. They have also launched an art of teaching contest and signed an MoU with Kerala Digital University and Google.

Shri K N Balagopal, Minister for Finance, Government of Kerala formally inaugurated the event and launched the new version of MuLearn (MuLearn 2.0). Sreekumar V, Secretariat, GTech & Center Head, Tata Elxsi, V K Mathews, Chairman, GTech & Executive Chairman, IBS Software, Deepu S Nath, Convener, GTech & Managing Director, Faya Innovations, Dr. P K Biju, Syndicate Member, University (APJAKTU), Dr. Rajasree MS, Vice Chancellor, University (APJAKTU), Dr. V P Mahadevan, Vice Chancellor, University of Kerala, Dr. Saji Gopinath, Vice Chancellor, Kerala Digital University, Dr. P V Unnikrishnan, Member Secretary, KDISC, Vishnu Nair, GTech CEO, and Dr. Arun Surendran, Strategic Director & Principal, Trinity College of Engineering addressed the gathering.
The Academy and Technology Focus Group (ATFG) under GTech has formed a platform comprising of leading IT companies, Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala University, Kerala Digital University, ICT Academy and colleges across the state. MuLearn 2.0 website will be available in public for free following the initial success of Mulearn which was launched in 2021 having around 17000+ student communities on the platform.
Awards were distributed to the top 3 performers in the platform. St. Joseph’s College of Engineering and Technology, Palai has topped in the platform followed by Trinity college of engineering and Kristu Jyoti college of Management and Technology.
