For one night only, on Saturday, 22nd November, the iconic Locale Firenze, ranked #22 on the World’s 50 Best Bars 2025 list and #36 in 2024, will take over the KOKO bar in partnership with Conosh, India’s leading curator of global dining and beverage experiences.
The takeover promises a taste of contemporary Florence with inventive cocktails, refined technique and the youthful spirit that has made Locale one of Europe’s most exciting bars. Guests can expect signature craftsmanship, modern Italian mixology and a vibrant energy woven into KOKO’s own luxurious, high-glow atmosphere. Representing Locale Firenze for the Bengaluru collaboration are Head Bartender Alessandro Mengoni and Bartender Pierpaolo Galassi, whose craft and presence have shaped the bar’s signature identity and global acclaim.

For this exclusive takeover at KOKO, guests can expect a line-up of inventive, one-night-only cocktails that reflect the artistry of Locale Firenze’s bar philosophy. The menu includes bright, flavour-forward creations such as the Miso Highball, a layered mix of Don Julio Reposado with brown butter and miso mezcal lifted with corn and soda. Rosalia brings a refined and floral bitterness through Don Julio Blanco, gentian and iris bitters and white vermouth, while Foglia offers a fresh and herbaceous profile with Don Julio Blanco, mint, basil and lemon. This Whisky Smash! introduces a lively twist to a classic with Singleton 12 Y.O. shaken with citrus and a fresh herb cordial. The Breakfast Martini 2.0 reimagines a familiar favourite using Ketel One, clear tropical yoghurt, yellow chartreuse, elderflower and a whisper of coffee hydrolate. Completing the line-up is the vibrant Fragola & Mirto, blending Tanqueray with mirto, strawberry, oolong and verjus, charged with CO₂ for a sparkling and refreshing finish.
