Chef Priyam, recognized with the prestigious title of Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite Agricole by France in 2019 for his remarkable creativity and mastery of gourmet cuisine, brings a world of French influence to his culinary artistry.
With a stellar journey that includes working alongside Chef Jean Claude Fugier (3 Michelin-starred La Maison Troisgros & Paul Bocuse), Chef Matteo Grandi, and Chef Koldo Royo, Priyam has truly mastered his craft. His most recent achievement? Leading a fine dining restaurant in Singapore to be Michelin Guide Selected 2024 in under a year of opening.
