For those seeking a burst of fruity flavour, the Blueberry Cheesecake is a vanilla bean cheesecake topped with fresh blueberry compote. And finally, the Caramel Pecan Cheesecake is a vanilla bean cheesecake covered with caramel and toasted pecans.
